not everytime.... but sometimes putting the atv in gear from n the gears grind and i have to use the foot brake and reengage the lever. and off i go? idle is set pretty low. where do i go from here?

has anyone upgraded the headlight on the old polaris atvs? i have a 91 trailboss and would like to see what others have done

any other atvs use the same mounting points or similar ie. trailblazer, sportsman etc? is there a list of the plastics that are interchangeable?

have a 91 trailboss, is there any wrap or graffics kits for these precut out there?

anyone attempt to repair 91 trailboss fenders. mine has a hole in it. what did you use, what was the process?

check for parasitic draw... this happens with cars all the time. one of the aftermarket items could have a bad coil or switch pulling amps even when the item is off. -
i find the part numbers for ereplacement parts breakdowns and then google the pn and find the best and cheapest.

got got the old trailboss running.. now time to see how much of a real money pit it will be

i need to get to 10 post to download the service manual to look at thes specs. what size automotive wheels have been put directly on the a 91 trailboss?

cheapest place to get 91 trail boss tires? are the tires different sizes front and rear?

has not ran in 5 years slide was gummed up cleaned carb. and fired right up need fender
