Pull the plug out, and see if it is wet with gas. I would start there. If you turn it over with your hand over the intake, do you feel a fairly strong vacuum?

The spark looks kind of inconsistent to me. Is that just the video?

So, I've never had this happen before. 2 brand new plugs go in fine, and come out with a tiny spark from the center electrode to the surrounding insulation. P.S. Is it normal to get zapped when holding the plug while testing for spark?

Hello all! I have 2 1987 trx250x 2x4s, one is siezed up, and the other one I am in the proccess of rebuilding. We should see a bit more power on that one I also have an 03 Bombardier Rally 200 that I'm also trying to get running.
