I need to look into the Jets I may have missed first. I didnt have a carb diagram until yesterday so I am disassembling the entire thing and putting it all back together first and compression is good. Coil has been replaced as well as the rectifier I will let you know once I get the last pieces out cleaned and put back in today (I'm going to get the safety torch bit now to disassemble the slider now) I will update shortly

I did check the float and it was off a bit but I adjusted it and the needle is set 4th from the bottom, the slide does have some wear on it from rubbing the housing

Yeah when I'm opening the throttle it will start to bogg around ¼-½ throttle and it will slowly die or just sit and bog and be gutless. But I found my set screw around 1 turns or so is the best I can find for it to run. But it's still not 100 and only with the airbox lid off

I ordered a rebuild kit with the gaskets and o rings and all the Jets so I can replace them, so there is supposed to be an o ring under it?

The spring sits in a bulb under the carb lid and it sits pretty firm it pops the cover once the screws are loose Yes

Yes but when you say cap do you mean the cover concealing the needle because it is metal an I'm not sure what piece you mean for the spring, mine doesn't have anything but that flat plastic part

Yes I can move it like that but like I said before it Boggs on an incline

It will move but I cant go more than quarter throttle and if I'm slow on an incline it Boggs and won't go up. Then I can let it sit for a minute and put it back in gear and take off a bit then it Boggs again

It really isn't drivable, it will bog at different times as it warms up What would happen without the o ring

When the carb is out and the needle is set should it have much play? When my needle is on the fourth clip from bottom (highest) it has a bit of play so gas can still get around. Is it meant to?

And up until this point I was trying everything you suggested. But it feels like I am having to try to meditate between whatever bone you have to pick with mech while just trying to get the thread back on track.. Now I noticed my air box smells a bit like fuel. I took the carb off and reset the set screw. (I have yet to check the needle setting) And put the carb back on but left the rubber connector to the airbox off so I could see the needle and slider and I seen when I rev it up fuel spits back out when it Boggs. Is that the valves or the carb? Because it has had back pressure when it Boggs the whole time where I could feel it in the airbox VID_20230726_212135884.mp4 It's possible I'll have to check. The air filter is brand new. The airbox seems fine but I may end up pulling it out and trying to get at the screens
