To answer Gwbarm, creating a powered trailer is a long term project for me, i am reflecting about differents answer, electric engine, ad a PTO to the atv, why not convert a tiller tractor in powered trailer... I don't know... I think the powered trailer must work when taking off the trailer or at low speed only. On the vidéo i put on the site, the power trailer has his own engine.

So, it's my answers that "divert" the topic.... My first question was how to tow a trailer without putting to much weight on the atv. M'y second was how to "convey" the torque to the ground in difficult condition.

The mean problem is bubble in the welding, you can see it on the last picture. I think it is possible to weld something printed on abs 3D printer to other parts with this method.
