Has it ever been in deep water or mud?

Have you tried using starting fluid sprayed into the carb?

Josh this is the first time I am seeing this thread, great write-ups and awesome parts. I would love to give that thing a ride I bet it rips. I am so looking forward to riding soon. I also can't wait because it will be my son's first time on the Blaster. That little thing is scary fast. My father-in-law has him thinking it is as fast as the LT but ya know.

Looks good really good.

Glad you got it fixed, good call Bot.

Got her completely back together last night and went for a ride. I think this could get addicting. LOL!

It sounds electrical I would check wiring and make sure all connections are good.

Spark sounds a little week. I am thinking it should be real blue not any orange.
-
What color spark? If you are getting hot enough spark it ought to start with starting fluid if only for a few seconds.

I hope everyone had a safe and fun 4th!!

Good Morning!!!

Awesome!

Congrats Foolio!

I think the dealer is going to be your best bet on this. It will be more expensive but they should have the blown out parts diagrams and that is what is going to tell you what the bolt is and the thread.

Stator generates power it can be used to run accessories or charge the battery.

Honda's are really cold natured.

There is reason not to. It is not detrimental and will be ready to go when the time comes.

Congrats man!

I would rather it sit in clean oil...
Thanks Bot I was gonna ask why wait and change the oil.

Did you get the fluid level? Have you taken the clutch cover off and examined the belt and clutches?
