You have to have the 2 holes that are in a line on the cam on the top center and the dot on the top gear top center and line the dot on the bottom gear up with the arrow above the gear to line the bottom gear up you have to have the clutch assembly off. Just remember everything has to be top dead center, I think you pull a side plug to check top dead center of the crank.

that is why with any engine work i have to do i take it to someone that knows what they are doing. too much there to mess up. LOL

if your going to get a raptor go with the 700. its faster and more stable in the turns. the 660 s feel like your riding a dirt bike. the 700 is wider and had better suspension. the fuel injection is nice too . don t have to worry about jetting.

the x-games are awesome. i mostly watch the moto freestyle and rally cars. i havn t watched any yet got it on the dvr.

they say that for every quad. i had a quadrunner 500 that was all time 4x4 and never had any trouble with it. it does wear your tires down quicker though.

it a depends on what kind of riding your doing. if your just going for slow leisurely rides and a little work around the house then a 400 will do just fine. but if you want to ride a faster and need some power you definitely want something bigger. 660 or 700 grizzlys are really good and a buddy of mine has a 700 honda rincon thats pretty good.

i would definately drain your tank and clean your carb out. from it sitting over the winter the gas probably went bad. and it don t take much to get a carb dirty.

Welcome to Quad Crazy !!! Usually if a quad has a speedometer on it it has a odometer with it too. some might not though. and they are pretty easy to break too.
