  1. Went to my local parts store to check and see if they had a replacement iridiumix plug made NGK for 2012 Bruteforce 300 4X2. They found me one and had it there the next morning. I did'nt really need to change the plug, i just have them installed in my car and noticed power, gas mileage, and a crispier throttle response. Well installed it in the machine, it really made a noticeable throttle response, and my mid-range power has greatly improved. And if u have a 2012 Bruteforce 300 4X2 i would strongly advise you to buy this plug. Here's the Part Number from the box came in DPR7EIX-9 7803
  2. Looks Cool !! But wonder if it will go under my seat ?? What would be a good muffler for that 300 ? Dont want anything to loud, cause i deer hunt,,,,,,but would like a little xtra ummpphh. ATV Illustrated ( I Think ) rated this machine their atv of the year. Take off is a tad slow, but once it gets going it goes hard, very torquey and powerful machine for what i use it for. If i had a 750 Brute Force i'd be askin for trouble, in the hospital, or a pine box................lol THX for the info !! I will check it out.
  3. I kinda figured that one, i thought if im in real deep water, i might as well be floating down the river...........lol I guess this new 2012 Bruteforce 300 is to new to have any aftermarket parts. Looks like i will have to wait. Thanks for the information !!
  4. To no avail i have yet to find a K/N type replacement air filter, now as i have said before i love K/N Products,,,,,,,,,wish i had one when i was married to put on my ex-wives mouth........lol But any how, would removing the airbox lid give me a little more power ?????? And i think someone said a different muffler,,,,what should i look for when buying a muffler ???
  5. A K/N would be nice, i swear by them ,even they're oil filters,if there is a application for anything K/N " I'm on it " As far as the muffler goes dont wanna get too loud.............anybody know of some decent not so loud mufflers,,i wanna respect the neighbers. The more i ride that machine the more i love it. I would put it up against any same size class atv being made today, with no mods. ....... and i'm afraid that my Brute Force would come out on top. No mud yet !! It has been to dry out.
  6. Just got a new brute force a few weeks and man this thing is nice. Every bit of info i read on it is exactly true, my last for wheeler i had was an 20 some year old honda Honda. Now i have the " bug " again mid-life crisis sh** i guess. This machine is very peppy on low-mid range torque, is very easy to operate, even in emergency cases. Rides like a dream, this machine also loves to climb, trust me......lol. Now i wish i would have purchased a 4x4, but stuck to my guns and told myself " If i need fourwheel drive to get out of a situation, then i dont need to be there. Thats why i have winch on the front . All i can say is ,Good power, torque, manueverability, and it has some good speed on the road....i saw 52 on the speedo, but i'm 44 yrs old thats out of my blood now. .Still some wildness left in me........................ MY MAIN QUESTIONS ARE DOES K/N OR SOMEONE PUT OUT AN AIRFILTER, AND WOULD LIKE A HI-PERFORMANCE SPARKPLUG................. OR ANY IDEAS WOULD HELP...............LOL GOT THAT CRAVING FOR A LITTLE MORE POWER. THANKS ALL !!!!!!
