I have a leak on shifter shaft on my 2003 Lakota 300 sport.I have already changed a seal and still leaking while looking on a exploded blue print I see a metal bushing goes in then seal so I now have the bushing, can this bushing be replaced without taking cover off and where does it go ? I guess ill see when i go to fix it but any advice before hand would be much appreciated thanks in advance. Also if I take the cover off anything I should watch out for as far as anything that may come loose with cover off ?
I have found a kit to repair the front differential pinion on the sportsman 570 and other models as well that use there same differential. The kits are $50 shipped in the US and$55 to Canada
