Hi everyone bought my son a project wheeler and got it up and running but it won’t go in reverse. It’s a 2002 2003 bombardier rally 200. I have been searching for causes on line had have a couple ideas what it may be but still looking for advice and help
Hey guys does anyone know if the intake and exhaust valves from a 2004 rally will fit or work in a 2003. All other parts that have anything to do with valves have the same part number except for the valves. I cannot get valves for a 2003 that is the main issue. Thanks in advance
Picked up a non running Rally awhile back. Didn't realize it was a white elephant. Only made for about 4 years. The card was so degraded that the jet towers were crumbling. Turns out that card was only produced for that single engine, which was only produced for those few years. What a nightmare. I have tried several generic carbs and it has been a tuning nightmare. It runs and is a strong little machine that is perfectly sized for teenagers, but man I am turning grey trying to get it running right. Anyone have any experience with this model?
I am reading the latest ATV Magazine issue and they have a section all on Utilitys. I looking it over and seeing some manufacturer changes I wasn't aware of. Like Yamaha has different versions now of its Grizzly - 80, 125, 350, 400, 450, 660, 700 ? What happened to the Bruin, the Kodiak 400 and 450? Suzuki has a King Quad 450 and 700...
Yamaha page with all those Grizzlys...http://www.yamaha-motor.com/outdoor/products/lifestylehome/home.aspx
I may have to go with that new 700 FI, Power steering... I used to have a Yamaha Kodiak 450 before my King Quad, that's what made me notice this. Also see these Kymco's getting into the picture..
