I've looked since last year about this time for a quad, and finally found one. scrolling through FB the other day and someone had an ISO ad looking for a quad in the $4500 range. Someone posted that he had a 06 sportsman 500 with low miles. The poster said he wasn't interested, so I PM'd the guy and told him I was. He sent pics, and I asked questions, and went down to look at it, and was surprised that he was selling a covered snowmobile trailer with it. It was his dads, and bad health prompted him to sell it. It's an 06 500 efi, mossy oak, winch, 420 miles, this thing looks like it had never been off the trailer, no scratches, no cracks in anything. The trailer was a bonus,it's a yacht club aluminum 8x10, everything works so far on the quad itself, I towed it home yesterday, stopped once for a coffee, and checked wheel heat and there wash't any. I think the $4000 I paid for it was well worth the moneyl. Now I'm looking for a snow plow for it, any suggestions. Thanks

Hi, I have been around everything with a motor since I was little, and finally purchased more to get my husband, and kids involved. I have 4 quads I will be searching around for information on. I have two 2002 Suzuki LT80K quads, a 1997 Yamaha Timberwolf 250, and a 1996 Kawasaki Bayou 220. I have had different ones throughout the years, and plan on buying another Yamaha Banshee. I plan on trying to learn more about all of them, so I can customize some of them. I know nothing about them besides how to race them, my dad always took care of the rest, but figured it was time for me to learn.

      I Crashed My Quad
Well the Way I Ride, some of you knew it was Inevitable.
      Below are Three Videos.
First one is Slow Motion of How it Happens.
Second one is Normal Speed, and what happens after the Accident.
Third one Follows more of what happens after .

I Was Riding By Myself. I was going through a Mud HOLE Either there was a log or a rock, or A Dip but just as I was almost through it, Machine, Rolled over on my right side, as soon as I contacted the ground, I Heard A SNAP! I got up, flipped the Quad back over. I had the wind knocked out of me.

Does the 1987 moto 4 350 have a low oil sensor that kills spark? Or are these too old for that kind of thing?
