2002 Honda 400ex No Start

I got a 400ex and It wants to start but won't it has a hicup and I've tried changing the Jets and it just does the same thing. The timing is correct. I've tried roll starting it and it starts for a few seconds and the just dies. Does anyone have a idea what the problem is?

How old is the gas. Plug color wet/dry. Tap on float bowl stuck float. Gas not going to carb clean filter, Check flow from tank valve by pulling hose. Clean air filter. Air screw 1 1/2 out then adjust fuel screw. My guess its not getting gas check that first. Just happened to me and took right off! Its almost always something simple! good luck!

Put some fuel in the air intake and crank it over. It it starts running you know it's a carb issue. take the spark plug up and check for spark. It may only spark every other time. Good luck!
