Bought new carb,put it in but still flooding out,there was gas in the oil dont know why what would cause this?

Float is set too high allowing gas to enter into cylinder down into oil. Make sure to shut off gas after ride.

Can the main jet needle and needle jet be changed? My midrange is way too rich!

Idles good, wide open ok, but midrange bad! What to do?

I don't think its too rich. Its just not a smooth transaction. Try lowering ur needle clip position down a slit or two

Did you buy an aftermarket carburetor? Those Chinese carbs wont seat right and will leak like crazy.

As a matter of fact 🙄, yes I did 😖! Well… I’ve still got my double cable original carburetor. I’ll have to replace the Chinese one cable carb. The Chinese carb was less than $80! Now I know why! Thanks

Well, so far so good 👌🏻! Runs great! The Chinese carb does leak a bit, but I think I’ve got to lower the float. It doesn’t leak on level ground. 

Now to quiet it down. Can the muffler be repacked? I just got a new baffle for it. Looked everywhere to no avail!

Mine would leak when it sar, the gas valve was seized so i couldn't turn it off. I just put in a new different valve ave ajusted the float as high as i could.
