junk ranger - 2011 Polaris Ranger 800xp Acceleration Issue

2011 ranger 800xp. New fuel pump/plugs and wires.  Idles fine falls flat on its face when accelerating. Acts like you shut the key off and turned back on fast.  Any input would be great

Hi @austinC I moved your topic to the Polaris UTV forum and added the full UTV info and issue, so hopefully you get some help with this. 

So just so I understand, it starts fine and idle, but when you give it gas it bogs down? If so, sounds like a fuel starvation issue.

      Hi, I have been around everything with a motor since I was little, and finally purchased more to get my husband, and kids involved. I have 4 quads I will be searching around for information on. I have two 2002 Suzuki LT80K quads, a 1997 Yamaha Timberwolf 250, and a 1996 Kawasaki Bayou 220. I have had different ones throughout the years, and plan on buying another Yamaha Banshee. I plan on trying to learn more about all of them, so I can customize some of them. I know nothing about them besides how to race them, my dad always took care of the rest, but figured it was time for me to learn.

      2003 Kodiak Leaking fuel from drain hose at bottom of carb

      I hadn't driven my Kodiak for a two months, and since it was low on fuel, the first thing I did was filled it up to maybe 7/8 full. Getting ready to start it, I rotated the fuel selector switch to "on" and within seconds I smelled and saw fuel dripping onto the floor. I quickly turned it off and the fuel gradually stopped - I can repeat this.
      The fuel is flowing from the hose that is connected to the bottom of the carb, and routes around to the left side toward the wheel well. Any idea what's going on here? It ran fine the last time I had it out.
