Relay wiring loom

Hi guys has anyone any advice or know where to get a wiring loom cheap? Someone has cut the plug that plugs into the relay so its now as seen in picture whats best way to sort this?

I usually just strip all that black tape off, directly solder the wires, and heat shrink it good.  You can get a box of heat shrink at Harbor Freight dirt cheap.

Best to get the marine grade heat shrink, offers better waterproofing of the splices.

You can get spiral wrap there as well which can protect the wires from damage.
