2004 Yamaha Raptor 600 need help asap

hello I have a 2004 Yamaha Raptor 600. it sat in storage for 2 years and I recently pulled it out to ride and it didn't start. I replaced almost every part on it, got it to start but a wire burnt out on it. i paid a few guys to help me fix it and its still not fixed. its been almost a year and i'm lost. This is how they left my bike, and i'm willing to fix it myself now because i have spent too much money paying to get it fixed!!!

Your wires look like a nightmare to deal with now.  Here is a download of  a Raptor 660 service manual that should have a wiring diagram for you to follow. Hopefully the color coding it shows corresponds to  your machine. Sorry I can't help  more than that.

@davefrombc, please link to manuals in downloads if one is available. I edited and added this manual since its already in the library and you don't need to add it 😁
