2002 Arctic cat 300 4x4 stopped running while stuck

I have a 2002 Arctic cat 300 4x4 that died on me.  I was headed out ice fishing and got caught in a snow drift.  I got off and was pushing it while using the throttle, I was making good progress until I heard a "click" then it died.  ATV hasn't made a noise since.  It had fresh oil, new battery, and a fresh rebuild on the carb.  I am hoping someone can help me get it running again or at least give me a starting point.

Does it have power? blown fuse?

Down load a service manual and have a look at the wiring diagram. Follow the wires to the fuses and relays and then to the key switch perhaps, checking for continuity. You need a multimeter or a  test light.

Check the main fuse near the battery if there is one !
