Kazuma Falcon 150 Electric Start

So I have a kazuma 150cc falcon I believe, not sure what year. Will push start but will not start with electric start, it turns it over but no start. Tried crossing over starter solenoid, no start. New voltage regulator and coil pack. Could it be the stator if it push starts? Any ideas?
