Hi I had an issue with a Polaris 325 ace . It was pressurising the water system. I’ve stripped the engine and had the head skimmed. Would anyone have torque settings and correct timing procedure/marks thanks

Yeah that does seem a bit rare.. All I can find is 325 bigboss or magnum engines, both ATVs..

What year is it and is it water or air cooled, and carby or EFI ?

Hi it’s water cooler , efi . I’m sure there was only two years they made it . I’m sure it’s like 2016 or something age wise. Really needing procedure to time correctly as I Cant see any timing marks on the cam shaft and torque settings aswell thanks

      91 quadrunner lt4wd shifting issue

      After i did my rebuild it seems to not want to shift well. I think the cable is alright, and when it does shift its nice and solid. I have to basically use my hand to shift and i have to pull or push it very far, like max travel, to get it to shift. I also tried adjusting the clutch set screw. Any ideas where to go next, or maybe i should just grab a new cable to try.

      2006 Polaris Sawtooth No Spark

      Hello all, I have a 2006 Polaris Sawtooth with no spark. It has a dead battery but with a jump pack on it, it will still not Spark. Plug is good, Throttle ETC is not closed, Stator pick up coil seems to Ohm out in the correct range, Unsure how to properly check the CDI. And when ignition is on the Neutral and reverse light come on but after cranking just the neutral stays on. 
       
      Any help would be great,

      Fuel issue

      I am having an issue with a hs500. I bought it broken and have been trying to get it running. It seems to be starving for fuel. If I put my hand over the intake it will crank but will not run for very long because I'm not able to get the correct airflow with my hand. The things I have done so far are. Replaced the fuel pump, fuel filter, mass airflow sensor, idle air adjuster, fuel injector, cleaned the throttle body, replaced the ecu, and still the same issue. I notice the injector does not spray when removed from the head. I dont know if that is common. 
       
      I am out of ideas on what to do next. I have removed the fuel line from the injector and it is getting plenty of fuel. If anyone has an idea on what could possibly be the issue I would be happy to try anything at this point.
