I ordered an ATV through ElectriRide a ( Pioneer 1500w Power E-Grizzly Electric ATV ), on February 13, 2024.  They ( ElectriRide ), ordered it from the manufacture on February 28, 2024. Not sure when it shipped, but it arrive here at my house on June 25, 2024.  I live in Hawaii.

Unpacking it, I quickly became aware that this was not the ATV that I ordered.  The package had some damaged, but not major.  After unpacking it, it was very obvious that this was not the ATV that I had ordered, plus it was missing some a number of parts, namely the rear rack & no instruction or electrical circuit layout, just to name a few.  A couple of days later I found ( 2 ) small two burnt holes in the upper frame, right side, also.  Several days later I tried to charge the batteries on the ATV, after plugging it in for over 4  hours, “NO CHARGE” , I checked the charger’s output voltage, it read “ “ 0 “ volts, the charger needs to be replaced also.

The next day, I reported all of this to ElectriRide, & they asked for photos, which I later that day send to them.  They said they would look into it and get back to me. For the last 2 1/2 weeks, I have been calling them (playing phone tag ) & emailing them, basically getting the same message back from them.  They sent me e-mails “ we will get back to you “ or “ Please rest assured that we are committed to resolving this matter to your satisfaction. “.  As of today, that message was 10 day ago, and it’s been 3 weeks after receiving the wrong ATV.  And 5 months from the time of ordering the ATV.

The ATV that this looks the most similar/closest to the one that I received is the ( Pioneer 48v 1000w Adult ATV Electric ) in their catalog, but there are a number of differences to it also.  ( Mostly it’s a 1000 watts motor, not a 1500 watts motor ATV, plus a number of other things also ).  The suspension & wheels are completely different, along with some of the electrical components, and it was missing the rear rack also.  Along with some other minor things.

I seem to be getting nowhere with communicating with them, (ElectriRide ) in getting this mix-up / changes resolved after calling / emailing them pretty much daily for over 3+ weeks, I am turning to you, the ATV community for any suggestions for helping me to solve my problem.

Please leave any suggestion / ideas, you thing might help me solve this problem, or who to contact that might be able to help..

Apply to return it. They probably have a returns process which you'll have to follow, and you may have to pay freight, but I think I'd pay the freight and cut my losses.

I have asked about a return or exchange, they have quit answering my phone calls & emails.  That why I am looking for other alternatives.  They are not communicating any more, not sure what to do next.

I would just keep trying if who you bought it from is only a distributing company may you should try contacting the manufacturer maybe they can help, they dont like it when dealers do not offer good customer service.

Is the one you got bad or you just dont like it as well.

Yes, I brought it from a distributor ElectriRide, they are the ones who do not want to communicate with me any more.  I have sent a letter to the manufacture, they are in China & a day ahead of us.  So, I might hear from them until next week.

The ATV that they sent me was a completely different one & was missing some parts also.  It was a cheaper model.  The one that they sent me is a different model, it is similar to the Pioneer 48v 1000w Adult ATV Electric, but not completely, the motor size is 1/3 smaller, along with number of missing parts.  It is also over $1000.00 cheaper than the one that I ordered.

I tried again this morning to contact them.  All I got was, leave a message on their phone, and so far no reply today.  Which is similar to the messages I have left over the last 3 weeks.

HELP !

Get a lawyer to write a letter to them.. That will be a registered letter and from an independent witness.. they should respond to that.

You don't have to follow through on any threats the lawyer might try and imply, but I'd just get the lawyer to ask for a refund..

Nice and polite.

That's what I through I might have to do.  I just didn't want to get a Lawyer involved unless I needed too.  I'll give it a little more time and see if the manufacture can /or will do anything, before I go that route.

Thanks

Anybody with any other suggestions  ?

I always hate to hear when something like this happens, especially on a big purchase like this. I dont like getting lawyers involved either, but it might end up being necessary, that cost money also, i think i would continue trying to get the company to talk to you to find out what happened. Did the company have decent ratings as far as customer service or people happy with their purchase.

I am continuing to try to contact them, concerning this matter & I have sent a letter to the manufacture to see if that helps, but its the week end right now so not expecting much for a couple of days.

If I need to go for a Lawyer, then I will.  I am also sending a  certified letter to the company on Monday, to see if it gets any response.

Thanks for your throughs.

      Good Morning!
Has anyone had a problem with the small aluminum 90 degree elbow popping out of the valve cover and blowing oil all over the place? It looks like it is simply pressed in and will most certainly repeat the offense. Any experience you all can share with this issue?
      Thanks in advance.

I am hooking up a speaker on the rear of bike and want to use a factory auxiliary switched plug and not have to cut into the factory wiring or add another switch. I have read a bunch of posts that say there should be an auxiliary 12V connector in the front and one in the rear. I found the one in the front when I hooked up my winch but cannot find any in the rear. I have seen some pictures showing one on the right side attached to the down tube behind the side cover, but there is nothing on my 2024. Can anyone confirm that there is a auxiliary 12V connector in the rear on the 2024 700 Xmr? If so, can you please tell me where it is (with a picture if possible)?

      I have a 1990 Honda fourtrax 300 2x4
I rode the other day for 30-45 min. Switched it off and now it is completely dead..
battery is fully charged, fuses are good . WILL NOT TURN OVER ,
headlights won't turn on , No neutral, reverse or oil temp lights . Electrically it is completely dead !!! I replaced the key switch and CDI box , STILL NOTHING.
I bypassed the neutral safety switch and grounded it to the battery and still nothing !! I used a jumper wire on the starter Solenoid , the motor will turn over but not start . I even bypassed both fuses and straight wired it to see if I could get a neutral light or headlights still nothing . What could it be ?

I've got a 1995 220 Bayou and the electric start does not work.  When I got it the machine was pretty rough but I was told it ran less than a year ago.  The key switch had been cut off and wires  twisted after the key was lost.  I bought a new ignition switch and repaired the wiring and it is working correctly.  It is in neutral and the neutral light is on when the key is turned on but I get nothing when pressing the start button.  I verified there is no voltage going to the starter from the solenoid.  The fuse in the solenoid is good.  Something I found that is odd is that I get positive voltage(12 volts) to the brown, black, and white wires that run into the solenoid when the key is on.  That doesn't make sense to me but I could be wrong.  I would appreciate any help I can get. Thank you in advance.
