Very nice ride! The only 2 factory flaw problems i have heard of are dropped valves, but that would happen at very low hrs,  and defective air intake clamp.

 

But here is a list of riders complaints.

 

Here are the 15 most common Yamaha Wolverine problems:

  1. Hesitation when accelerating
  2. Issues with EPS
  3. Glowing exhaust
  4. Header pipe cracking issues
  5. Stuck parking brake
  6. Flooded fuel tank
  7. Oil consumption problems
  8. Excessive cab heat
  9. Clutch slippage
  10. Clunking noise
  11. Heater problems
  12. Cramped seating position
  13. Underpowered engine
  14. Displaced foot brake
  15. Riding comfort

      1991 suzuki quadrunner 4WD carb fitment issues.

      Hello, i just bought this quad and i think the carb that came with it is either wrong or i am very dumb and cannot figure out how to install it ha. The bottom of the carb hits the wire boot on the starter before i can get it to seat into the boots, i measured it with calipers and its about 6.1 inches long. The ones that i see on ebay for it claim 5.72 inches for length, i assume that will fix my issue but just wanted to double check before buying. The carb that is in it right now has no numbers or anything on it for me to reference.

      My new 2023 Polaris Sportsman 850 is in the shop for a pinched Wiring Harness from the factory... 
      I did one ride on it (100kms), then to the shop for a month, waiting for them to replace it with a new one.

      I am in the process of puting it back together after replacing the DPS gearbox.
      The manual I have states that it will need to be flashed by a dealer. Is this still true?
      Also , I have a mystery bolt That I cannot remember where it goes. M6x 70 or so.  Hex head with a flat washer.I will try to attach a pic.
      Pic is no go for now....Cox issue I will try again later

      02 Honda Foreman Rubicon 500 engine or tranny issues

      Hey y’all, I need some help badly. I have a 02 Honda foreman rubicon 500, it sat for a year (ran out of time) just did a full top end plus piston and rings on it. Got it running but it will not drive forward at all and will only do 2 mph in reverse. The engine or transmission makes a very loud whining when I hit throttle both ways. 
      I need some help I’m very unfamiliar with the hondamatic. 
       
      Any ideas or options?
