If you go to Kawaski OEM parts you will find a "blow up picture" of the engine and all the parts. The picture will show each parts relative position in the motor and a part description. It will also show part numbers.

You need to have the exact model number.

The Blow up of cylinder and upper didn't show that "ring"

The crankshaft "blow up " shows a spacer that looks similar.

I guessed at the year of yours  as 1998...?   I guess you will need to question the supplier if  Kawasaki  Parts does not show that part..

I know "kits"  not OEM will often send extra parts to cover all possible models.

My electric brake kit had two different size grease seals for variations in Dexter axles.

Heck, when I buy from a dealer I go there with the part number and the old part.

And I usually have advice from some guy who has " been there done that"....LOL.

Thats who i use mostly. I also use Rocky Mountain ATV and Partzilla occasionally, i never go to the dealer parts are more expensive there. I use Amazon for aftermarket parts usually when they have been discontinued OEM parts. Only use Ebay for used unobtanium parts only because it takes longer and Amazon has an easier return policy.

Hi all.  New to the forum & quads.  Seems like a great place full of info.
I just recently picked up a 2005 Suzuki KingQuad LTA700.  I need a battery.  I've been reading up on conventional vs AGM types.  I have a Royal Distributing and Canadian Tire.  RD has 2 types avail for my year/Model a battery YTX16-BS CRANK $75, and BATTERY YTX20CH-BS YUASA $140.  Neither of these is the type from the manual FTZ16-BS.
from what I can tell... I think the only difference is the capacity with the $75 unit rated at 14 AH/10HR and the $140 unit rated at 18 AH/10HR ... which is the rating in the manual for the FTZ16-BS.  How much does this make a difference for nearly x2 the cost?
And about the models/type numbers.... what is important to know ... they all end in "-BS" but are the other details relevant or just manufacturer naming?

I just bought a 1984 Suzuki LT185 ATV and am looking for the OWNER’S manual. ( not a service manual)
I contacted Suzuki Canada but they have no paper or digital copies in their archives.
Does anyone possibly have a digital copy they’d be willing to share?

Just picked up a 2006 Dvx400. There is a switch I can't figure out what it is or where it goes. Has 3 wires (light blue, black and Yellow)
