Buckbilly had owned a large farm for several

years.

He had a large pond in the back.

It was properly shaped for swimming, so he

fixed it up nice with picnic tables, horseshoe courts, and some

apple, and peach trees.

One evening he decided to go down

to the pond, as he hadn't been there for a while, and look it

over.

He grabbed a five-gallon bucket to bring back

some fruit.

As he neared the pond, he heard voices shouting

and laughing with glee.

As he came closer, he saw it was a bunch of

young women skinny-dipping in his pond.

He made the women aware of his presence and

they all went to the deep end.

One of the women shouted to him, 'we're not

coming out until you leave!'

BuckBilly frowned, 'I didn't come down here

to watch you ladies swim naked or make you get out of the pond

naked.'

Holding the bucket up he said, 'I'm here to

feed the alligator.'

Some old men can still think fast.

      Following on from this thread;

I've finally got around to pulling the clutch cover off to have a look at the shifter ratchet mechanism. The screw holding the pinned star wheel has come loose and the wheel flops about. Unfortunately the keyway on the shifter cam has broken on both sides, I found both pieces.
      Anyone had this problem?
The keyway on the cam "ramps" out, so I'm thinking of making a slightly longer key with a ramp ground into it. I'll put it back together with retaining compound. It may not work but I think it's worth a try.

I recently bought a 94 Yamaha kodiak 400 and I'm enjoying it, but something has got me curious there is a hole in the left front fender by the handlebars that isn't damage its clearly a factory made cut and when I google the same model it has that same spot but with a plastic covering over it. What exactly is this spot for?

My brother in law’s artic cat 500 is in my garage…. In boxes.  He said it just quit running so, he took it apart. Now he wants me to fix it.   I’ll be looking through posts to learn what I can as I put it back together.   I don’t have any specific questions yet.  But, I am sure I will as I start turning wrenches.   I don’t know what year model it is.  That might be on a label on a piece somewhere here.

Been cutting down all the pine trees on my land and saving the oak and hickory trees while making cool twisty trails to beat around on.  Still a lot more work to be done.
