I traded that rancher I had but not for the Z400 that guy just didnt set with me right. Had an offer on a warrior I figured what the heck looked at it looked it all over and it was leaking oil so didnt do that either.

I ended up trading with my brother in laws parents for a 2001 400ex its all stock other than it has a FMF exhuast and some nerf bars. But it was totally worth the trade to have an extra play bike for company nothing major for this bike need my money other places lol.

Will get pics up soon.

There it is I used some of my stock stuff off my 08 for it. Touched up the frame put the 08 shocks up front and the filter looked drab not even wasting the time to clean it. I had my stocker as well already oiled in the UNI bag from when I bought it lol. Just put it on there as well. Looks pretty nice now.

It came with nerf's I put them on my 400 and put my AC's on it im happy with it.

They ride awesome! I have never road anything so smooth or plush from the factory. They are low end machine with the top end as well. This one is pretty well stock and it will leave a bored out .020 raptor behind. There a very well designed machine.

Only thing I dont like is the is the different than just plain DS650 and its all a bit wider more like a MX style bike at 50" in the rear its tight on trails but gets the job done.

I have a 2009 Honda Rancher TRX420FA with shifting problems.
Usually it shifts ok when cold but after couple minutes it will stop shifting with no codes.
The 1st shift clutch oil pressure when in first gear is 74psi. The 2nd shift clutch oil pressure when in second gear is 74psi.
The 1st shift clutch oil pressure when in neutral is zero. The problem is when the tranny is in neutral the 2nd shift clutch pressure starts around 10-15psi and builds to 20psi. Is this normal?

I have (2) sets of brand new plastics available for Honda Rancher 420 2014-2023. These are genuine genuine OEM Honda plastics. One set is white and the other set is green. The boxes these are in are too big to ship.(Unless you want to pay for it. If so, lookup your own shipping rates from 17325 and box size is 58"x35"x18").  $400

Guys, I've got a 1999 Honda Foreman 450S.  It runs great, but smokes out the exhaust after startup until it warms up.  I'm thinking the valve seals are leaking.  I was wondering if there is a way to replace them without removing the head or if there's an oil additive that will recondition the rubber seals.  Any advice?

I picked up this ATV that had no spark. The previous owner said he was driving it and it died and would not start. He discovered it had no spark. He replaced the CDI and the coil with no luck. He got tired of it and I bought it. I replaced the stater and now it has strong spark. Now, it starts for a second or two then dies. It will not stay running. I have checked the timing and it is spot on. The valves are adjusted correctly. I see no warn issues with the cam. I put the original CDI and coil back on it. Same problem exists. Compression is at 65 psi (has decompression mechanism),
I took off the muffler in case the issue was clogged pipes. No change. I replaced the spark plug. No change. The carb was an aftermarket so I put a Niche carb on with no change. I bypassed the fuel pump and that did nothing to solve the problem.
I don't know if this is a carb issue or an ignition issue. I am looking around locally for an OEM carb to try out but not sure that will fix the problem.
Can anyone help me solve this problem. I am running out of ideas.
      Thank you for your time
      Bill

I recently picked up a  2000 warrior 350 and it doesn’t have the air filter box so I was thinking about using a clamp on filter directly on the carb.  Anyone know what I need to get or where I can find it? The one I ordered goes in the box and won’t fit directly on the carb.
