learning to ride wheelies

i am trying to learn to ride wheelies on a raptor 660 and i could use some tips if you have any at all that could help me the problem i am having is keeping the front up thank you all for any input you give

You just have to find the sweet spot where it balances, You have to commit to getting the front pretty high.

ive been trying to find my balanceing point its not as easy as it looks lol but thank you

Yeah, it takes practice. You can always try with your left foot in the grab bar.

i dont have a grab bar on this one but i have tryed in that postition and its more better for me im just worried ill toss it back to far and bam there goes my exaust i have some vids on my profile of me trying then both sitting down and knee in the seat

The big Raptors are the most wheelie happy machines I have ever ridden, so you have the right quad for it. Just keep practicing, you will get it, it is just a matter of feeling out the balance of the machine like Bot told you.

You might want to put a grab bar on it so you don't tweek your exhaust, but I agree with Bot practice is probably the best way to get it.

Give it some gas, then let go of the clutch right away. If u do it right, the bike will easily go up.

GET A GRAB BAR! When you are learning wheelies it's almost a gaurantee that you will go back far enough to hit it a few times. It's even more likely when you decide to learn to shift with the front end up. Every quad is different when learning and I agree with everyone else. Practice, Practice, Practice!
