Hi everybody, I have a problem with a 1987 Suzuki LT4wd I just aquired. It ran just OK when I got it except the carb would over flow if you didnt turn of the gas right away, so I figured it was the float or the needle & seat. So I got a carb kit & cleaned the carb ( I thought really good) & installed the new parts. That fixed the overflowing problem & it idles just fine but as soon as I give it gas it kills. There seems to be plenty of fuel in the bowl, I've taken it apart with fuel in it & the bowl is about half full. While idling I shot carb cleaner in the carb intake while working the gas & it reeves up fine. So it seems to me that its not sucking the fuel up out of the bowl. I couldn't find any vacuum leaks & the main jet isn't plugged anybody know what I'm missing? Its a Mikuni Carb & there fairly simple. Any help would be much appreciated. I've had it off & on so many times it only takes about 3 minutes now. Thanks in advance for any help.

Never mind, Thats what happens when your over 50 & you take something apart over a week ago. I pressed the Jet for the needle jet in from the top instead of from the bowl side. Runs great now. I guess if you look at the carb parts breakdown long enough something will click.

Lesson learned, I better not disassemble before I have the parts to Assemble.

Hi all.  New to the forum & quads.  Seems like a great place full of info.
I just recently picked up a 2005 Suzuki KingQuad LTA700.  I need a battery.  I've been reading up on conventional vs AGM types.  I have a Royal Distributing and Canadian Tire.  RD has 2 types avail for my year/Model a battery YTX16-BS CRANK $75, and BATTERY YTX20CH-BS YUASA $140.  Neither of these is the type from the manual FTZ16-BS.
from what I can tell... I think the only difference is the capacity with the $75 unit rated at 14 AH/10HR and the $140 unit rated at 18 AH/10HR ... which is the rating in the manual for the FTZ16-BS.  How much does this make a difference for nearly x2 the cost?
And about the models/type numbers.... what is important to know ... they all end in "-BS" but are the other details relevant or just manufacturer naming?

I just bought a 1984 Suzuki LT185 ATV and am looking for the OWNER’S manual. ( not a service manual)
I contacted Suzuki Canada but they have no paper or digital copies in their archives.
Does anyone possibly have a digital copy they’d be willing to share?

I am looking for a PDF version of a manual for a Suzuki Quadrunner 250.  I am not sure of the year, but believe it is a late 1990s model.
