I have a Kazuma 90 that I got for my son, going to fix it up for Christmas, it has been sitting in a enclosed carport for two years. It did run when it was put in, but now needs to be gone through & all maintenance performed, it still looks like new. Have to replace key switch, does not have a key.

I have a Kazuma 110, for parts, a lot of the parts appear to be the same.

Where can I find an Owners Manual & more importantly some type of Service or Repair Manual that I can can use to go through this ATV ?

      Good day everyone!
      I am pretty new to ATV/UTV/Small engine repairs and would like input on your absolute must-have specialty tools for maintenance and repairs. Aside from the obvious wrenches and sockets, what are some more specialty type tools you use for troubleshooting? I don't plan to open a repair shop or anything, I just do this as a hobby. Looking forward to your responses!

      Hi, I'm a newbie on here.  I just got a 2007 Suzuki KingQuad LT-A450X.  Are there any specific issues to look for on this model?  Any specific maintenance to do other than the usual oil and filter changes?

      2008 kazuma 800 4x4. i need wiring help. no spark

      i just picked this up. was told ran fine but overheating issues led to replacing head gasket and head. has not ran since. he is not a mechanic but helped someone else who he could not get back to finish job, got aggravated and put up for sale. i was thinking timing issues. i have 110-120psi on all 3 cylinders so i think valves are correct. dont know about distributor yet. however i have no spark. i have no power going to ignition coil. tried to follow white wire but gets lost in wire harness. does anyone have a wiring diagram? can anyone tell me what conditions have to be met before starting. motor turns over so i would think all safeties are met but you never know.

      My first quad and I have a problem. I have a Kawasaki Bayou 300 1997. When I start it. It will go on high idle for about ten seconds before it goes down to low idle. It does this even when I don't touch the throttle or the choke.
      Also, when I give it some throttle and let go. It will come back to fast idle for about ten seconds before it comes down to slow idle. Therefore I have to wait for it to slow up before I can shift. The throttle linkage drops right back to the stop on the carb buy the rpms stay up for a while. If you have any ideas what might be wrong please let me know. thank you Fred

      I just inherited a 2001 550 from a friend have a friend and have no idea maintenance Pass there is no manual. It is running pretty good right now, definitely needs some attention and tlc.  What basic things should be done to get it in good working order and where can I get a manual?
