Polaris Sportsman 500 - Replacing Rear CV Axle

im trying to make do it my selfer and replace the left rear cv axle on a sportmans 500 i was just wondering if anyone had did it before and is really that hard it looks pretty easy if i could get some info on it would be great thanks jeff

i have replaced the fronts on my yamaha and it's not too too bad to do. just a matter of getting things out of the way so you can slide the axle in and out. what year is your polaris and i'll see if i have a manual. it might show a few things you never expected ...
