Kazuma Meercat 50cc - Frame

Just brought a quad 50cc meercat for my Grandaughter, she is now 7 and her dad loves of roading etc, ive got it to run (blocked jets in carb) but when its sat on all 4 wheels the front near side (UK) is just touching the ground, if i sit on the seat its a little higher, when running it seems to not want to turn left even when the wheels are turned left, it turns right very easy, its like the front near side wheel is lifting, it is off the ground by about 2mm when its sat on, is the chassie twisted? has it had a bump? can it be brought back square by twisting the frame back with a large metal bar? thank you.

hard to tell, but almost looks and sounds like that crossmember for the front tires may have gotten bent. i would try and take some measurements with a tape and you may find the problem quickly. could even be a slight tweak on the frame at the midway point (motor/seat area) closest to the ground.
