  1. I bought my banshee a little over a year ago and love it, but it just needed a facelift... so im adding some burgard +2+1 a-arms, a +4 axle, stainless brake lines, a new set of 21x12x8 8pdl hauler paddles, and some powder coating...

i just got my new +4 axle the other day and decided to put it in... I had my buddy josh powder coat my carrier as well as my brake and sprocket hubs before i put it all together... My a-arms should be here next week but ill have to wait till i get back from my trip to Little Sahara OK to put them on... This winter im tearing it all apart and having josh coat my frame, swing arm, and a bunch of other stuff to round out this project...

here are some pics of my axle installed and my new coating...

  2. it would be a pretty major job... if you havnt done any engine work before i would have someone with experience do it... probably the best way to do it would be to remove the head and jug and turn the motor on its right side keeping the crank and transmission shafts vertical... you should be able to remove the case half and replace it without anthing falling out... I have done this with splitting banshee cases and it works pretty well... if you do it i would get a service manual...

  3. I i know its out there... there was a nice write up in Sandsport magazine just last month on how it continued to develop and get bigger... its kind of a long drive for us (7 hrs) but i think in a few years when it gets bigger it would be worth checking out...

  4. My buddy dustin was over one day helping me work on my banshee and he opened up a paint can i had on my tool box and he loved the color and begged me to paint his frame, a arms and hubs... two days later this is what we ended up with...

    The color is Kawasaki green...
