Did you get the H-L-R lever fixed? I have a 91 YFM250 and it will not go in Reverse unless it is in first gear and then it seams to be finicky, I have to shift to to Low then roll/rock back and forth a little then it will go into Reverse. Hope you got it fixed long ago but maybe this info would help someone else. Michael

I have a 91 YFM250 however I just got it and it seems to need the carb adjusted or serviced and I don't have much experience with them. Did you find the info you need? Where did you find the YFM250B carbs because I may be looking for one soon? Any info is appreciated, thanks Michael
