Anyone have a written procedure or video detailing how to refinish stock steel ATV rims?

I have inherited an ATV and I think it was purchased in KY, but I am in WI. Is there a way to do an online search using the VIN or what have you to try and find the last registered owner so that I might try to get the title?

Mostly wondering about the 4/110. I am in need of new tires for my 4x4 and want to also know if I should stick to the same brand/profile etc. for the fronts and the rears since they are different.

I rode an old ATC in the snow in my teens, but recently I inherited a 2003 Honda Rancher ES 350. I am considering adding a snow plow to it, at least in the winter. Is there a sub forum here that speaks to accessories?

As stated above I am looking for battery type /brand etc. recommendations. Do ATV batteries come in AGM flavors? My ATV is stock. Thanks
