Now I am lost? I thought the stater was on the left side behind the belt? So what you are saying is that if I take off the recoil starter (AKA pull starter) I will find the sneaky starter or just the bendix?

Hi all, My 2004 Scrambler will not start with the key. It just clicks, but will not turn the starter. I can pull start it and it runs fine. I checked the battery and it seems good... It will power the beams on high and to be sure I put a charger on it for an hour. Any thought??? BTW the "click" comes from the junction right next to the battery on the left, Solenoid I think...
