I use the CST ambush tires on my 450r, they hook up better then the stockers in loose dirt for sure but i still feel like they could hook up more so i wouldn't recommend them if you want tons of traction in soft dirt and rocks, it would seem like the razr 2 or GBC x-rex would be best for that. But the ambush's have great wear and they should last a long time, plus they are fairly cheap.

  2. At least its not like the track in Berthoud where people are moving into new houses that were just built right next to the track, and then filing complaints about the dust and noise even though the track has been there for years before them. Stuff like that really burns me up

  3. I been thinking of doing this same thing on mine, the stock 400ex shocks are to dang rough

    Yep, "pogo stick shocks" as most people call them. At least with the 450r shocks you get some adjustments to make it work better for how you ride.
