good job wylde! helping fix another CAT...as far as getting the wire they dont just sell it..its integrated inside the CDI box...you might be able to use the same boot and re-attach the metal piece to the wire but i doubt it...might just have to buy a new CDI box

Good to see you back outlander!
I started with a 1987 Yamaha Warrior when I was 23 or 24, which was 12 or 13 years ago for about $800. I rode some atvs that my friends had before that though. Then when I was 26 I bought a brand new Kawasaki Bayou 220. A couple of years later I went to a Yamaha Kodiak 450. Then a King Quad 700. Now have a Grizzly 660.
it's nice to be back Ajmboy...did you sell the king quad?

Well. Dual straight spiral flows. cold air intake, bored over (don't remember off the top of my head), running 14:1 compression on 93 ocatne, mega squirt, stand alone computer, racing headers, turbo manifold, locking differential tranny... can't think of anything else at the moment, but of course it's 9:30 and I'm working on my math final:aargh:
haha doing things the last minute is the best thing thats when you really think...and nice sounds like you got yourself one speedy 4 banger...you have a turbo manifold are you running a turbo? i don't see any plumbing for one in the pic's you posted (very clean btw) so i am curious. and im hoping she's a standard

started with a can-am rally when i was 13-14..then moved to a 03' arctic cat 400..then rebuilt a 94' polaris 400L a year ago

what exactly did you do to test the temp sensor?
-
your going to need to re-jet your 4 wheelers carb if you put a new high performance pipe on your 4 wheeler

I noticed that most ATVs are stolen already loaded on/in the trailer. The trailer and ATVS are stolen together. The best security is to make sure the trailer is secured to your tow vechile. This includes the tongue, ball, and reciever.
A cool security measure I read about was someone using a old cellphone with GPS hidden on the ATV and wired into the battery. If the ATV was stolen then the owner would call the phone in stolen and locate it via the GPS. Some Phone plans let you add an additional line for $10 or less. I think some newer phones even let you see your phones location on GPS for like tracking your kids location.
wow thats really clever....i like that

thread title changed...
can u give us a lil bit more info about it? when it started doing this...and does it kick over at all?
-
after u get the plow mounted...i suggest investing in some tire chains and weights cuz those rear wheels will start spinning like crazy with some heavy snow
