  1. I have drilled out several of those and made new ones on the lathe. I typically use epoxy to isolate the two metals when installing them and haven't had any issues.
  2. That unit should have a pull stater with a rope if I remember correctly. The Bolt and washer are outside the outer cover and should be tightened to 36 ft Lbs as per pages 4-64 in the manual. Pages 4-63 have good pics so you can Identify the parts and how to assemble them correctly. Please use a torque wrench and torque it correctly so you don't have further issues.
  3. They make contact cleaner in s spray can. Manually scrubbing with a brass wire brush and Dielectric grease does a better job I think.
  4. We have used that in some bikes at the shop. Good for summer use, just a little heavy for winter.
  5. We have seen this part on several 350 Honda ES go bad. Check to see if it's broken. 24620-HN5-M00 ARM, GEARSHIFT 24620-HN5-M00 ARM, GEARSHIFT You will have to look it up. I can't get a pic to attach.
  6. Deka recommends YTX14BSFP @ 200 CCA or ETX 14 @ 220 CCA. That should be an exact replacement.
  7. I've raced and ridden the 310 version of the 1986 250R. Hard to beat the number of aftermarket suppliers. All around fast in all situations.
  8. Thanks Ill give it a try Im needing a wiring diagram so hopefully its close. Thanks again John
  9. Im looking for a 2005 ranger 500 6x6 service manual. Any help would be appreciated
