Hi yall,i started this tread mostly because i have used up my 9 lives and am still here! Im sure there are alot of quad nuts like myself (i have 7 of them) that have come close to meeting god in person,but cant seem to give up the fun.I am converting any and all of my present and future atvs into buggies. what i do is cut the frame just in front of the motor, extend the frame and put in a racing seat complete with a 4 point harness and a roll bar.The first 1 is going well with alot of challanges.Thats ok as im on loa with nothing else to do.my first project is a 1996 suzuki quad runner,have not got it to run yet as am having elect problems.That being said,id love to hear from those who have the same need to stay alive and still have fun at it. My 13 year ,old sons first project. He wants to build a buggy using a old 4 wheeler. I think this will be great for him. Learning how to read a tape measure, bending tube and welding what more can you ask for. I will post pics in the next couple of weeks. We are still gathering parts and basketball season just started, so he is pretty busy right now. Any thoughts would be helpful. Jake will thank you!!
