My new 2023 Polaris Sportsman 850 is in the shop for a pinched Wiring Harness from the factory... I did one ride on it (100kms), then to the shop for a month, waiting for them to replace it with a new one.

Does Anyone know the Fuse is for these two Accessories wires in the Light Pods (color: red and orange wires) ? Checked all the fuses with a tester, and they were all fine. Thanks

Well, decided it was time to upgrade my ride, been running a 02 AC 500 for a few years, decided I wanted an EFI machine that I can run tracks on. Decided on the Highlifter for better clearance and lower gearing. I trail ride and ice fish primarily. Can't wait to get this sucker, hopefully take delivery before the year is out. Anyone know what the fuse terminal marked UNSWITCH does . Even with the key off it is causing a drain on my battery and I'm trying to figure out what that terminal goes to. It's a 10 amp fuse. If I pull it the "short" goes away. Thanks in advance.

Has anyone found a good replacement for the stock cooling fan? Mine is going out and OEM parts are outrageous. Polaris sportsman HO XP 850

I have a 2011 850 Sportsman. Has been absolutely trouble free except for 1 thing. I am on my 4th. ignition switch. I don't know if it's that they are all chinese junk or what. It gets to a point when you turn the key and it will act like the battery is going bad. Cranks real slow or not at all. Put a new switch in and its fine. New one will last 1 1/2 - 2 years and its junk. I've had the Polaris brand and after market. As a matter of fact the original one lasted the lest amount of time. Other than that it's been a perfect machine . No electrical problems. No battery problems. Just curious if anyone else has had the same issue.

I picked up a 2017 Polaris Sportsman 850. The previous owner rarely rode it and it only had 53 miles on it (10 hours). I believe the Polaris break in period is something like 250 miles / 50 hours or something like that at which point they suggest doing the first oil and fluid change. My question is should I do it sooner than that? I believe this was manufactured in fall of 2016 so that means the fluids in there are 3 years old. Maybe that isnt a big deal and it is still fine to wait until 50 hours, but just wanted to check

Hi, I am having the hardest time figuring out where and how to line up the flywheel for TDC on my sons 2019 Sportsman. The older models where much easier and the identification marks are self explanatory but this ones different and I can’t find a service manual. Any help would be awesome?
