Yes. It definitely looks Chinese.

One of the vin check websites said it was an SMC. It looks similar to a stinger based on the fenders. I just want to be certain before I start buying parts.

I think you are spot on with that make and model. I attached a few pics one is the opposite side of the bike maybe to compare but I think you have it figured out.
