Linhai Bighorn 260cc doesn't move

My linhai 260cc runs, it goes into gear but it doesn't move.  What are some suggestions as to what could be wrong.

So it goes into gear and when you say it doesn't move it just revs up when you hit the gas as if its in neutral or it boggs down?

It's like it stays in neutral

First make sure you have the transfer case controls in the right positions, also try in low reverse and high. check that the transmission has fluid, check e-brake. Other than that it might need a trip to a mechanic. does that model have 4 wheel drive?

Clutch blown up belt broke

Did you get this resolved? I have 3 of these and seem to be constantly working on them. Definitely could be the belt,
