Hi there new to the site, just purchased a 2006 Polaris Sportsman 450/ Browning Edition has 139 hours 

looking for free repair manual for the starter, frequently when starting the starter grinds and does not appear 

to be engaging the flywheel, however most of the time on second try it starts with no problem. To me grinding 

is bad sign of worse things to come or is it a common trait with the 450"s. Thank you for any thoughts you can provide.

      Has anyone had a suzuki 230 quad lock the engine up?  Its a well maintained bike, it locked up when my son was riding it. Pulled the plug, it has connected with the piston. I'm thinking the con rod let go.  I don't have a service manual.  Does the engine need to come out to check further?

      400ex with 450 carb??

      So I’ve got a 2000 Honda 400ex absolutely love it!! I’ve had it for about a month, I ride with bruteforce 750’s, outlander 850’s and 1000 sxs’s and I was thinking of getting a trx450r carb and a full hmf exhaust. And probably doing the air box mod too, how much power would this give my 400? Just a little different or a big difference? Cuz if it’s not much of a different I’ll just stick with my dg slip on..... thanks!
