TRX90 is about like most of the little honda motors.  Slip on exhaust, Rick's CDI, polish the head.  You can twist a little more power and a little more rev out of them but it's not going to be night and day.  It'll perk up a bit with a good tune up including carb clean and new NGK plug and slip on exhaust like Big Gun, FMF, etc.  You can also look into a size smaller rear tires to drop the gearing just a bit so you can pop the front up a little more.  They'll never really fly but they're fun anyway.  There is a whole market for the ATC70 as a toy like the TRX90.  Just fun to play with little bikes.

Really depends on how much money you want to spend.  There's even a 106CC big bore kit....

You'll just have google what you're looking for and read some reviews.  In ATV parts there are chinese junk parts, chinese decent parts, OEM, japanese aftermarket.  Quite a few options, just have to do a bit of legwork.  If it looks really cheap (like $60 for a cylinder, rings, piston and gaskets) stay away from it.  Same with consumable parts like chains and sprockets; there's a reason the pretty red chain is only $16.

on my honda trx 500 we have no power to the ignition switch for starting or ignition
we have lights and horn working
      all fuses are fine
have traced through the harness and cant find any broken wires or bad connections
from what we have gathered so far the pgm fi unit is not sending any power to the fuel pump relay to power everything up.
if we put power direct to the ignition switch plug then everything works but wth the key in the off position.
does this sound like a faulty pgm fi unit?

Hey everyone, I just picked up a 91 trx350 4x4 with a blown top end. I don't know what happened to the poor thing but the cam journals that were round are oval shaped now. I also bought a running engine from a 92 trx350 4x4 to swap into the 91. Is there anything in particular I should be checking while the engine is out and I have good access to it and the frame?

I recently noticed my Fourtrax 2WD has 4WD wheels installed on the front.  The back spacing is significantly different than 2WD wheels and they are almost touching the strut springs and the tires actually do touch the springs..   So far, no luck locating 2WD wheels to correct this issue.
