I am an old timer on a few local boards (from my toyota truck days and a quads one since the time of my first quad '06 Brute Force), most forums have gone stale with new ways of communicating.  I prefer the forum styles, facebook is brutal

Agreed.  I do like the Honda 300 club on FB though, i have picked up a ton of resources there.  It's an active and helpful group.  But the forum here is the best I've found for an ATV flipper like me because it may be a Honda today or a Kawasaki tomorrow and there's plenty of good folks here to help.

Figured I ought to post a little introduction for me and my newly acquired quad. I just recently picked up a 1985 Suzuki lt250ef in pretty rough shape but a good price. Need typical things like tires, tune up, and a couple other things. Came to this forum looking for a service manual and maybe so parts. I'm looking for mostly the rear brake light assembly being as someone apparently decided to remove it at some point and bypassed the wiring. Also any pointers to typical good practices on these would be nice but I like to think I am fairly mechanically inclined. Any help is appreciated, thanks!

Greeting from the Black Hills. I've been lurking quite awhile but decided now is as good a time as any to join and perhaps meet some like minded folks in time for the another riding season. We've got a few quads in our stable so I thought I'd share a few. A 2013 Can Am Renegade 800r XXC, 2007 Yamaha Raptor 700r, 2005 Kawi Prairie 650 and my favorite.. the Honda Trx700xx. Last year I took the Voyager Pro off my dirt bike and put it on the 700xx and it changed how I rode that old quad completely and reinvigorated my desire to ride. That new desire is what got me back online and how I found this site.

Just thought I'd start a new thread for newbies to the site!
If you're new here, tell us who you are, where you're from and what you ride!!!
Lets get to know each other a little better shall we?
I'm not new to the site, obviously, but...
I'm Kristin from Denver!!! I ride a 2008 Yamaha Rhino. She's my muddy baby!!!!!! Several aftermarket parts on her. She's good to me! We try and ride every weekend. This weekend we're off to MOAB! :woot:
