There should be a short brass tube on the bottom of the carb for a rubber hose I'd think.

The leak..  There's a drain screw on the bottom of the carb I think, and that might be leaking. Other than that it shouldn't leak unless the fuel level inside the carb is too high.

I think you can check the fuel level before removing the carb. To adjust the fuel level, or fix the leaking float level valve, you will be best to remove the carb and clean it and check the rubber parts aren't worn or perished. You might be able to remove the bottom of the carb in place but it's best to take the carb right off, strip it entirely, clean and inspect it all and then reassemble it and it should be right for years.

I Ran across this video today comparing an aftermarket to OEM Carb on Suzuki Vinson, thought it might generate some interest, it is quite long but informative.

Hi, I am having issues with my TRX350D fuel pump.  It suddenly stopped running so I have replaced all the fuses and cleaned all the terminals.  I have fitted a new pump, fuel cut-off relay and rectifier.  Still nothing!!  The pump runs when attached to a battery.  The engine will start on the choke and the filter fills with fuel but it will  not rev and dies when the choke is closed. I have power to the relay but nothing at the pump black/white wire when cranking the engine.  Any ideas where to go from here would be very much appreciated!!

My king quad 700 runs rough when cold then won't start some times but not often when it's hot. And occasionally smoke's a lot when it's cold I'm guessing that's rings but I'm worried unless it's causing the other problems

From Arkansas. Just bought a 2012 Gator 850i RSX because I could not pass up the price. BUT it has an idle problem. So, to be honest, I joined just to get a service manual. I have a choice: 1)Buy a hard copy: ~$100; 2)Buy a CD ~$35.00; Get a direct download for free posting 10 times; or get a download for $29.00 (subscription). Haven't decided what to do yet.
