Does that vehicle have a model number ?

I have some EV manuals, one of which seems likely to be for that vehicle, but I think there are several makes and models all using the same or similar running gear and frames.

Would the model # be in the serial # stamped unto the frame?

Not in the VIN # but you can do an online VIN search and it will give you the model # i have done that with serveral that i was not sure of the model # on.

Only thing I could find was that it was made in China and the model # may be XY75D UTV, TITANS SCOUT E2

Is this the electric hybrid one or a conventional engine.

This one is strictly electric.

Thats a nice looking UTV never seen one but have heard good things about them. Does it work or what kind of problems are you having.

I have a manual for a texron tracker..  I couldn't figure if the tracker mentioned was a model or make though. And also as far as I know texron are made in USA.. But perhaps not.

I also have some other EV manuals that are primarily golf carts, but they do get used for utility vehicles..

And then finally, is it the manual or the control unit you are really after ? Manuals are often hard to find, but the part should be easier to at least get a part number for..  If you find a site that has parts listings let me know and I'll compare my manuals with what's shown in the part site and we might find I have something that would do you..

And, does your buggy use 36v or 72volts ?

I need both. I cold not find anybody listing parts for it or a manual. I bought a controller for it but I have not been able to get it to work yet hence the need for a manual.

I see people saying it shares it's running gear with other makes/models.. Not sure which makes or models though.. Some people also seem to be saying it is made in Texas..  In which case you should be able to get service/parts..  And someone said they got a parts manual by asking the manufacturer..  It was an old link though..
