I've always loved trikes. My son apparently must've picked up on that. Not only did he surprise me with an 85 Big Red to restore, but he picked himself up an 85 Tri-Z to restore as well. He's definitely got a lot more money and labor wrapped up into his, but damn she looks sweet. Just finished his this week and he just can't stop staring at it. I tell the kids they'll be burying me with my Big Red.

I am in need of replacing my battery. The last one I bought was a Duralast Gold AGM from Auto Zone. It is not quite a year old and won't hold a charge. I called to check on warranty and only 3 month. Just curious what other members are using and how long they last.

Hey guys, looking at getting a clutch kit for my '04 700 Twin w/EBS... whats the best clutch kit nowadays?
My dad said back in the day (like 20 years ago) he used EPI, but again that was a lot time ago and things change. I was gonna go with them but I read some people said it actually made it so you needed more throttle to get moving, which isn't what I'm wanting.
Looking to have better low-mid torque and responsiveness and I wanna be able to start moving with less throttle; recently rode his '22 570 and I was amazed how little you have to touch the throttle to get moving. I know this won't be as good, but hoping it'll at least improve it.
Thanks guys

Scrub brushes didn't work.
Pressure washer was able to remove the high spots and leave a nice consistent orange.
Sent the cylinder out for a new sleeve and it came back shotblasted clean.
Wire brush and elbow grease does the best so far, now using drill attachment with wire brush.
What else besides scotch brite pads and detergent is out there?
