Yamaha Warrior 350 Broken Header Bolts

soo i was taking off my exhaust header and boom!! snapped the rusted header bolts..tried taking them out and they just wouldnt budge.. any suggestions

drill a hole almost as big as the studs with a left handed drill bit and that usually grabs it before it actually drills a hole and if that doesn't take em out then you have a hole to stick a screw extractor into to take them out if that still doesn't work just drill it out with the closest tolerance you can a run a tap through it to clean up the metal shavings and threads and get new studs make sure you get the hole in the center otherwise you got other problems

Exactly...use an "easy out" extractor.

Soak the siezed bolts with some penetrating lubricant, I prefer PB Blaster. Drill the hole in the stud like already mentioned, you want the hole just big enough that the easyout wont just tear through the outsides of the stud. Before you actually try to use the extractor, hit the stud sharply with a hammer, this will help shock the stud loose from the threads.

I believe you mean cylinder, unless this it an actuall big-bore cylinder, you won't even notice a power increase from a routine .5mm or 1mm bore increase. But, you won't have to worry about getting the old broken stud out anymore.
