I would like to thank Quadcrazy for their part in getting me my new pipe. I just received the HMF 2010 pipe. When I received the box it was in perfect condition, and upon opening the box I found the HMF actually spends time packing the box. It was carefully wrapped and secured so there was no movement. From first glance you can tell the superior craftsmanship, beautiful welds and sealing job. This pipe looks flawless. From the extremely shiny end cap to the nice black powder coat on the canister, this pipe looks like a work of art. More info to come as I install.

      Has anyone found aftermarket CDI for Big Bear 400?

      I am trying to diagnose a no spark issue with my 02 Big Bear 400 and I am really hoping it is not a CDI.  I have done the test on the stator and I believe that is faulty.  I ordered a new aftermarket one from a the jungle website and it tested bad right out of the box so I am waiting for a different one to arrive from an ATV parts supplier.  I started looking out of curiosity at CDI units and it seems if it is for a big bear you are SOL.  Kodiaks, no problem.  Big Bear. No such luck.

      What would make it surge the one tire? King Quad 300 "97

      So.. it a weird one.. The quad surges as you go down the road. By the looks of my tracks, it's one wheel only. High range, low range, 2 wd , 4 wd.. It just doesn't matter.. 
      You can see in the pictures the marks it leaves. That was in a straight line, with hardly any acceleration. 
      Any ideas?

      2010 Polaris 500 HO oil getting in the air box

      Oil is getting in the air box from crankcase vent tube, I put the two hoses that go to the air box together then something started to smoke on the front of the engine. There is a filter? In the line I blew that out.

      New Yamaha Timberwolf Rear Shock Found!

      Sorry I suck at these forums so if you see this submitted under update status, my bad. Anyhow this is a new shock for a 96 Yamaha Kodiak 400 4x4 it fits my 96 Yamaha Timberwolf 250 4x4 perfectly. Little narrower are the bottom than the original but everything else is perfect. I extended it to almost a half in from full extension because I’m pushing 350 pounds.  It rides and hold me well. So if any of y'allRace driven shock. have been looking for one and didn’t want to do the research here it is.
