1993 Polaris 350L counter balance seal leaking

My 1993 Polaris 350L is leaking antifreeze at the counter balance seal, it looks like I would have to pull the engine to fix this. Not sure how complicated this will be, has any one here dealt with this issue?

it is time consuming but not to dificult. there should be a side cover on it. you should have a waterpump seal in the front and there should be an oil seal behind it. my reccomendation is to get the actual polaris manual. my quad is newer so it may be different.

I did find some video on this procedure, I'm going to pull the motor and fix it. It's an old bike but has a lot of life left in it.
