How do you buy a set of handlebars. Meaning what do the numbers mean and how do you find one for your height/riding style etc? Do you recommend filling the bars with silicone?

What are some soft grips to prevent blisters and reduce vibration?

Would I need an anything to reduce vibration after I use a Precision damper or does that unit pretty much reduce everything?

Opinions on antivibe foot pegs?

You go to your local parts store am buy them, or you can get them online. I like ODI lockon grips. Not super soft, but I wear gloves, and my hands have scrapes and cuts so I couldn't care less about a blister. I guess Pro Taper Pillow tops are nice. You have to guess on the size if you will like it or not. I have ROX AntiVibe risers and there is no vibration.

Im not a big fan of blisters. After i pop.em they dont hurt but on the trails it gets annoying.

I have several quads and will soon need to replace tires.  I typically like to have a complete set mounted and ready to swap out for different kinds of riding but haven't done that yet.  What do you recommend and where have you purchased them?

So I just did a top end kit on a 2005 700 Sportsman.  Started it up and it fired rite up.  But machine is vibrating very badly.  And I noticed that the clutch is very wobbly.  Any suggestions?

I´m having this mixed feelings about how smooth the 500 engine of the 450 should feel within the 3500 and 4000 rpm range since it has a counterbalancer and is suposed to be factory balanced within this operational range.
Mine vibrates a little to much for my experience with 500 singles and comparing them to my former Honda XR bikes during my motorcycle years. Engine cases have never been split so i asume the balancer is still correctly timed.
Can anybody tell me if this is normal? Thanks in advance.

I have a 2016 sportsman 570 eps And have a vibration around 25mph, goes away around 30, then comes back around 45 to WOT. I've heard of the motor mounts being bad but have had it to the dealership and they say nothing appears to be worng. Anyone else have this issue and fixes please.
