I would first take the serial number and check with the state police to see if it is listed as stolen.

Do you have a bill of sale?

If you purchase your ATV privately you will need to supply DCNR with:

Completed application for registration and titling

Proof of Vehicle Identification Number (VIN)

Fees

PA sales tax or proof that tax has been paid

Applications for registration and titling of ATVs and snowmobiles are available from the Snowmobile/ATV Registration Section, ATV and snowmobile dealers, forest district offices, and State Park offices. Applications also are available at www.dcnr.state.pa.us/snowmobile/index.htm

Here is the website below that the information came from:

I’m looking for a top end kit for a Yamaha. I would like to see how well the engine runs before spending $6-$7 hundred on oem. Niche has complete kits from $1-$2 hundred.  Anyone have experience with Niche or similar Chinese companies?

Does anyone use GPS, whether on a device or app to record their ATV trail rides? I have been thinking about a section where our members can upload let's say a .gpx file and share their rides on a google map for others to see where there are riding areas. Not sure if this is something of interest or how much it would be used, so just trying to get an idea.
